Written By Health blogger on الخميس، 10 أبريل 2025 | أبريل 10, 2025

☕ Ingredients:

3 cups water

3 tbsp light roast Arabic coffee (ground very fine)

1/2 tsp ground cardamom (or crushed whole pods)

Optional: 1–2 cloves, pinch of saffron, or a small piece of dried rose for added aroma

🍯 Optional Sweetener:

Arabic coffee is usually served unsweetened, but dates are offered on the side for balance.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Boil the water in a pot (preferably a dallah or any small pot).

Add the coffee grounds and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat. Don’t stir.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes, then remove from heat.

Add cardamom and any optional spices. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to infuse.

Strain through a fine sieve into a thermos or serving pot.

Serve in small finjan cups—just a few sips per cup!

🌿 Tips:

Serve with dates or dried fruit.

You can adjust the cardamom depending on taste—some people love it super strong.

Traditionally enjoyed during gatherings, it’s all about savoring slowly and socially.
